This event is subject to cancellation if less than 15 people are registered 24 hours before the day of event. In such a case, registered participants will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued within [0-7] business days.

If participants cancel their ticket at least 48 hours before the event, a cancellation fee of 20% of the ticket price will be deducted from the refund amount.

No cancellations are allowed 24 hours before the event or on the day of the event. Participants who cancel within this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Event organizers are not responsible for sky viewing conditions, including rain, clouds, or any other similar weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, the event will be conducted indoors, and no refunds will be provided.

In the event that the organizer cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations, registered participants will be notified and issued a full refund within [0-7] business days.
